Purchasing

All terms are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. Generally however, orders below £5000.00 GBP are paid upfront, while anything above this value threshold will require production costs to be covered at a minimum. Payments can be made in 3 ways:

• Bank Transfer: Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollar.
• Stripe (via digital invoice): 135+ currencies
• PayPal (via digital invoice): 25+ currencies

Fulfilment

We work with regional and international shipping services to minimise customs delays and ensure customer peace of mind. Our shipping partners include DHL, DPD, FedEx, RoyalMail, UPS while also working with the customer's preferred fulfilment partner if desired.

Scalability

We manufacture in multiple regions in the United Kingdom, Europe and West Africa. Depending on each product's origin, production happens at different scales between small batch and large-scale manufacturing. The manufacturing capacity of each product will be provided along with its delivery lead times.

Market dates and delivery times for capsule collections and drops are completely ad-hoc, and are presented to our wholesale partners ahead of their general public release.

Management

We're a digital first company. Most aspects of our business can be conducted online, meaning our catalogs and linesheets are made available digitally, order verification, communication and account managment.

Sometimes it's better to speak to a person however, so a dedicated account manager will deal with all customer service enquiries including production, deliveries, returns, quality control questions and restocking requests.

Our products, materials and components are logged within our digital asset manager, ensuring that we can provide full visibility of our assets through to the manufacturer and/or supplier origins.
