Costs

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated.

UK orders

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm GMT or on holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

International Orders

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order.
Although we do our best to ship orders in good time, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

Out of Stock Items

If a product is out of stock but available for purchase, you will be made aware of the production progress. Once production is complete we will ship the product in accordance with the promised delivery schedule.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 20 days from the delivery date to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with tags still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Shipments arrive with a printed invoice and return form. The return form must be included in the return shipment to qualify. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

Exchanged items will be sent out as soon as the original item is received, free of charge.

FAQs

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • In-stock garments are delivered within 3 working days in the UK, and within 5 working days internationally.
  • Custom and on-demand orders are shipped within 2 weeks.
  • Pre-ordered garments are dispatched as soon as they are available for delivery in accordance with the promised delivery schedule.

How can I cancel my order?

Custom orders cannot be cancelled if production has already begun, however standard orders can be cancelled as follows:
  • If the order has been dispatched, refuse the delivery when you receive it so the product can be sent back to us. We will then refund you upon receiving the returned product.
  • If the order has not been dispatched, send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number and we will cancel the order for you, where you will be fully refunded.

Where is my order?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders, which can be used on the websites of our respective delivery partners.

How long does a refund take?

Once a product is received and the condition checked, a refund will be issued which may take several days to appear in your account.
